SALUSTIANA

Sweet, soft and tasty flavor. It almost does not have seeds and has a big amount of juice. It is part of the family of “white” products, making it ideal for juice. It is medium-sized, round-shaped and has slightly coarse peel. Its color is intense orange. Its origins are in a field in the region of Valencia in the fifties. This variety can stay in the tree for months.

VALENCIA LATE

Very sweet with a touch of acidity. It normally has from two to four seeds and much good-quality juice. This variety is in the family of “white” products. The oranges of this group are globally the most used ones for juice. It is a late season orange, medium sized, with a round and slightly elongated shape. It has thin peel and a beautiful intense orange color

NAVELINA

Sweet and gentle flavor. It is really juicy and has a very thin membrane that makes it melt in the mouth. Seedless. It is both perfect as a table fruit and for juice. This fruit is an early season orange. Medium to large size, thin peel. When it is grown, its color is bright orange. It is really climate-resistant. This variety is one of the most consumed ones in Spain.

WASHINGTON NAVEL

Very sweet flavor with an optimum touch of acidity. It is the best fruit to serve at the table, as it has flux and firm pulp. Seedless. It is a mid-season orange, big and round but slightly oval shaped. Intense orange color. One of its main characteristics is that it has a second fruit attached to the center, resembling a little navel.

NAVELATE

This variety has the best balance between its sugar level and its acidity, that is why it is perfect to enjoy at the table. It is also juicy, so it can also be used for juice. It is bright orange and has its characteristic internal “navel”, which is somewhat flat or closed. Because of its thin peel, it can be a little hard to peel. It is original from Vinaroz (Castellón).

LANE LATE

Very sweet, really tasty and with an optimum level of acidity. It is one of the highest quality within the Navel group. One of particularities is that it has low limonin levels in its juice, which avoids the bitter taste that appears in some varieties shortly after they are squeezed. From the Navel group, this variety is mid-season. It can be enjoyed from the end of January until the end of May. It has slightly coarse, orange and very thin peel. Its navel is the smallest within the Navel family.

NAVEL TARDÍA

This group has very sweet oranges with tasty flavor and low levels of acidity. They are late season, as they have good adherence to the stem. This makes them have higher firmness and consistency and allows them to stay longer in the tree.

They are big-sized. They also belong to the Navel family, so they have a navel.

In this group we can find varieties such as POWELL, BARNFIELD or CHISLETT.

MIDKNIGHT-BARBERINA

High content of juice, sweet flavor, flux pulp and seedless. This is what distinguishes this variety. They belong to the family of “white” oranges, so they are ideal for making juice. However, they are also great to be enjoyed at the table. Its peel is smooth and thin. They are harder to peel than other varieties, as its rind is thinner. Normally they are medium to large size. They stay well preserved in the tree for a long time, without losing quality. They have very good qualities for long preservation.

BLOOD ORANGES
SANGUINELLI

Very sweet, soft and with a high amount of juice. Its color is bright red. This variety is highly appreciated for its antioxidant properties. It has one to two seeds, and in some occasions they can also be seedless. Smooth, bright and its peel is well pigmented in red and orange tones. It is not easy to peel. This variety stays in the tree without losing its trade conditions. After being packaged, it is very well preserved. Small size fruit and with oval shape. Variety that is ideal for juice.

CLAUSELLINA

Peculiar and intense aroma. Smooth and thin peel. It belongs to the group of the Satsumas. Its juice is bright orange. It is very juicy and flux. This variety reaches internal maturity before having its characteristic yellow color, so we market it when its skin is halfway between green and yellow, when its flavor is ideal to be enjoyed. It is considered an extra early season fruit, as it reaches good levels of maturity on the beginning of the season, in September. It is rather small size. Satsumas are original from Almazora (Castellón).

OKITSU

Highly flavored fruit with high levels of sugar and low levels of acidity. Smooth and thin peel. It belongs to the group of the Satsumas. Its juice is bright orange. This fruit is both juicy and flux. It reaches internal maturity before having its characteristic yellow color, so we market it when its skin is halfway between green and yellow, when its flavor is ideal to be enjoyed, same as the Clausellina. Its recollection is in the beginning of September. It is an extra early season variety. It is bigger than the Clauselina and a little flatter at ends. It is original from Japan.

CLEMENRUBI-OROGROS

Flux and juicy pulp. It contains a good content of juice with a very pleasant flavor. Easily peeled and seedless. It is the earliest season clementine grown in Spain. It has a very striking intense reddish orange color.

ORONUL

Exceptional flavor and quality. Its pulp is very soft, with high levels of sugar. Seedless and easily peeled. Very aromatic and with a soft texture. It is an early season variety discovered in Nules (Castellón).

ARRUFATINA

It is seedless and easy to peel. This fruit has a good size, it is slightly flat at ends and its stylar axis is sunken. Original from Vila-real (Castellón).

CLEMENULES

Worldwide known as the queen of clementines. It is considered one of the best varieties of mandarin. It has much juice with very high levels of sugar. It also compensates its acidity, as it is not elevated. This variety has flux and very juicy pulp. It keeps its trade conditions for a long time. This variety is mid-season, orange and generally has a good size. It is the most popular clementine variety in Spain. Original from Nules (Castellón).

HERNANDINA

Very juicy and great quality pulp. This variety is sweet and slightly acid. It has a characteristic bright orange color around the stem. Some green areas typical from this variety may appear at the bottom. This color combination gives this variety a really fresh aspect. It is climate-resistant. This is the latest season clementine and stays in the tree without losing its properties. Medium size. Because of its low acidity it can be a very good option for the children of the house.

CLEMENVILLA

Fruit with refreshing and juicy pulp. It has a very tasty and particular flavor. It is seedless. Its peel is really thin and tightly attached to the pulp, making it difficult to peel. This fruit has a very attractive intense reddish orange color. This variety is sensitive to cold, which may cause brown spots on its skin. However, this does not affect its quality.

LEANRI

High quality. Tasty flavor. Seedless. Both the inside and the outside are bright orange. It has a very thin peel. New variety in the market.

TANG GOLD

Its characteristic flavor is intense. Thin pulp. It provides a big amount of juice. Seedless. Easy to peel. It has orange-reddish peel and the inside of it is orange. It is mid-small size.

NADORCOTT

Very nice and sweet flavor. Good amount of juice. Easy to peel with a really bright orange-reddish peel. It is worth mentioning that the inside of the peel of this variety has a characteristic orange color. It is not very big and rather flat at ends.

ORRI

Unique flavor and extremely good quality. Juicy pulp, thin and crunchy texture. High levels of sugar compensated by the levels of acidity. Seedless and mid-size. The exterior is orange. This variety is firm to the touch. It is easily peeled and gives off a pleasant aroma.

ORTANIQUE

Sweet flavor and juicy pulp. It is normally seedless and it is harder to peel than other varieties. As it provides a big amount of juice, it is considered ideal for making sweet juice. It is the latest season variety of mandarins and very prolific. Big size, bright color and slightly flat at ends.
